Deposit
Usually one month's rent, returned when you leave (if no damage).
Lease
A legal contract. Read it carefully.
RTB (Residential Tenancies Board)
The agency that registers tenancies and resolves disputes. Your tenancy should be registered here.
Tenant Rights
You are entitled to a "Rent Book".
Your landlord cannot enter your home without permission (except in emergencies).
Notice periods apply if they want to end the tenancy.
