TFI Leap Card

There are daily and weekly caps. Once you hit the cap (e.g., €5.60/day for student/young adult, €8.00/day for adult), all subsequent travel is free that day.

How to Get One

Online: Buy a generic Adult card or apply for a Young Adult (19-23) / Student card at leapcard.ie.

Shops: Buy an Adult or Child card at any Payzone agent (many Centra, Spar, and newsagents).
How to Use
Bus
Touch on at the driver's machine (tell destination) OR on the right-hand pole (flat fare/max distance).
Luas/DART
Touch ON at the platform before entering, and Touch OFF on the platform after exiting.
