2 cups pre-cooked cornmeal2
2 cups warm water3

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix water, salt, and oil.
Step 2
Gradually add the cornmeal while mixing with your hands until smooth.
Step 3
Form balls and flatten them into discs.
Step 4
Cook on a griddle for 5-7 mins per side.
Step 5
Open and fill.
